Questions about the application process? We’ve got you covered

  • How do I know if you received my application?

As soon as we receive your application, we’ll send you a confirmation e-mail, so you can be sure we’ve received your documents.

  • How can I prepare for the interview?

It goes without saying that it’s a good idea to inform yourself about the INNIO Group and its Jenbacher energy solutions before your interview. For example, visit our company website (jenbacher.com), take a look at our LinkedIn page, and find some recent articles. We’ll also ask you about your previous experience, qualifications, motivations, and goals and, of course, we’ll provide you with information about the job, including our goals and expectations for you.

  • Do I need to bring anything to the interview?

Usually, we already have all the documents we need. But in individual cases, we may ask you to bring certain documents with you. If that’s the case, we’ll get in touch and let you know ahead of time.

  • I have a question about my application. Who can I contact?

After we receive your application, our Recruiting team will contact you. They’ll be happy to answer any questions you have about the position. If you have any general questions about your application or the application process, please feel free to send them to careers@innio.com. We’ll get back to you!

  • When can I expect to hear back about my application?

We receive a large number of applications every day and always try to respond as quickly as possible. However, sometimes it may take a little while for us to get back to you. We’d like to thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. But don’t worry: We guarantee that you’ll hear from us!

  • What should I do if I can no longer log into Jobvite or if errors occur when I’m uploading documents?

Please contact careers@innio.com and provide specific details about the problem. We’ll be happy to help.
