Our Finance team captures, models, analyzes, and reports on financial information. It also advises on, guides, plans, and manages our business priorities as a global enterprise. The team’s hub is our Finance Center of Excellence in Budapest.
Our HR team operates internationally, recruits and hires the best talent – and takes care of them so that they stay. The team’s main task is to support, advise, and encourage our employees with their personal development and address any concerns.
Our lawyers are tasked with handling the A-Z of legal matters. Among other things, they advise on competition and contract law, help our global functions minimize risks, and guarantee legal certainty in all our operations.
Our Quality Management team lives the zero-defect strategy. In consultation with everyone involved, it guarantees smooth product launches, optimizes processes, and carries out manufacturing audits, measurements, and tests.
